No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
Nope! You can cancel anytime through your online customer portal or you can call our office as well. We ask that you try and give us as much notice as you can prior to service day so that we can optimize the route!
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Scooper Troopers. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs such as Parvo. We also take a picture of the gate we entered when we are done cleaning, so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all of our employees are vetted and background checked.
Yes, You can request a specific service date. We can usually give you a few options with our different route days and densities.
Yes. We work hard to provide service all year long. Sometimes we get delayed due to severe weather, but rest assured, we will get there as soon as possible and will double back if need be.
Absolutely! We love dogs! All we ask is that if you have aggressive dogs, once you get our pre-arrival notification, that you please put them inside during service for the safety of our team members. If they’re friendly, so are we! (There may even be occasional treats or toys for them if ok with you 😉)
